Terms
What you get, what it costs, what the refund covers, and where responsibility sits.
What you get
You upload a broker export. We produce an eCH-0196 electronic tax statement as an XML file and a PDF carrying a barcode, together with a completed DA-1 form, which you import into your cantonal tax software.
What it costs
CHF 19 at launch. Final price, no VAT added. You see the full result — the securities, the totals and the creditable amount — before you are asked to pay. Payment unlocks the files, not the answer.
Refunds
Money back if your canton rejects the import. If your canton refuses to import the statement we produced, write to support@swisstaxkit.ch with the error message and we refund you in full. We would rather fix it, and usually can, but the refund is yours either way.
Swiss law gives no general right to change your mind about an online purchase. This promise is ours, not a statutory one, and we mean it as written.
Where responsibility sits
Generated from your data, for guidance. Verify before filing. Not tax advice. Under Swiss law you declare your own taxes: the figures you sign are yours. We build the statement from the data in your export and from official federal valuations, and we show you every figure before you pay so you can check it.
We prepare the statement. We do not file anything, sign anything, or give tax advice.
